I work with a pen, lens, spade and mouse with equal happiness. I studied at the Oxford College of Garden Design and I am a pre-registered member of the Society of Garden Designers. My background in photography and portraiture brings a visual awareness to how I design and 10 years of horticultural practice gives practical and pragmatic expertise. In my residential, public realm and commercial projects I aim to work sustainably to deliver beautiful and gardens and spaces that do not cost the earth. All projects from courtyards to forest school community spaces seek to make each green space have a positive impact on the planet by increasing biodiversity. People, planet and plants are at the core of my practice. I also have a foundation in Art Therapy and believe that our environment visual and physical has a huge impact on our well-being and the benefits of beauty and nature should be a basic human right. Green spaces for all. She holds post graduate qualfications in english literature, photograph, art therapy, RHS level 2 Diploma in landscape design.
